CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, but we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service price.

For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service price.

When issuing refunds for online bookings/payments, we deduct 5.11% of the original price from the refund. This covers the 5.11% fee that we’re charged by our booking/payment provider for the original booking. We don’t get that back from them, so this policy stops us from making a loss on a booking.
